Set up Automatic Bill Pay

Fill out the form on the back of your utility billing statement and mail it in or send in the following form to start automatic bill payments:  Sign Up for Auto Bill Pay (PDF)

Mail in Your Payment

Use the convenient return envelope enclosed with your statement and mail your payment. Remember to include the bill stub and allow time for the post office to deliver your payment.

Pay in Person

You may pay with cash, check, or credit card in person by stopping by City Hall. You may deposit checks only in the drop box located at the east side of the building.

Pay with Credit Card

We now accept credit card payments at City Hall for residential utility bills, commercial sanitation bills, ambulance bills, and miscellaneous accounts receivable bills. Accepted cards are Master Card, Visa, and Discover as well as Debit cards with the Visa or Master Card logo.

Pay by Phone with Credit Card

You will be asked for the following information when making a credit card payment by phone. Please call 208-746-3671, ext. 0:

  1. Payment type of bill (residential utility, commercial sanitation, ambulance, or miscellaneous accounts receivable)
  2. Account number
  3. Name and address on the account
  4. Your name
  5. Daytime phone number
  6. Credit card number
  7. Expiration number
  8. Three-digit code on back of card
