Practice Healthy Habits
Here's how:
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- When you're unable to wash your hands, use an alcohol-based sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Avoid touching your face.
- Avoid contact with people who are sick.
- Avoid touch greetings, including hugs, kisses, handshakes, etc.
- Stay home if you are sick and avoid close contact with others.
- Cover your mouth/nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- Maintain a safe distance of 6+ feet from others.
