As a city department, the Lewiston City Library sees several holiday closures around this time of year including November 11th, November 23rd-24th, December 24th-25th, January 1st, and January 15th. But don’t despair!
If you absolutely need the internet, our free Wi-Fi can be accessed at various locations around the building, especially in front of the doors at 5th Street and D Street. You can also put one of our Hotspots on hold to check out for portable internet, though keep in mind the waitlist is long. If you have internet and are looking for resources, check out our LiLi.com databases like Ebsco, Gale Books, Opentextbooks, or the Publications Finder. Our website houses other online treasures like links to ChatGPT, GCF Learn Free, EdX, Idaho Digital Skills, and Niche Academy under the Adult Learning and Resources for Kids subsections.
Looking for your next read? Our online audiobook and e-book app Libby has you covered! Whether you use the app or the website, once you connect with a number of libraries throughout Idaho you'll be sure to find what you’re looking for! Visit our eBooks & More page for more info.
If you have questions about any of our resources, give us a call prior during business hours at 208-798-2525 or send us a chat message on the website! Happy holidays!
